SAY San Diego, Inc.: Youth Community Organizer

SAY, San Diego, Inc. is the fiscal agent for this project and will be the formal employer of the Youth Community Organizer. This is a 40-hour-a-week position that reports directly to the Mid-City CAN Collaborative Director. The Youth Community Organizer will work in partnership with youth and their families in City Heights in the design and ongoing implementation of the Mid-City CAN Youth Council and Momentum Teams in community organizing campaigns. The Youth Community Organizer will support the goal of building resident capacity and leadership in City Heights to mobilizing, execute strategies, and assisting youth leaders in identifying and building campaigns for change and advocating for change.
