Facilitator: Janice Won
What are your aspirations and true potential? How can you take proactive steps to achieve your career goals?
According to the report, “Asians In America: Unleashing the Potential of the ‘Model Minority” by the Center for Talent Innovation, Asians are more likely than Caucasians to aspire to hold a top job, value being highly paid and having a prestigious title, but more likely to feel stalled in their careers and reduce ambitions. Join LEAP’s inaugural webinar for a thought-provoking session to illuminate your career vision and explore strategies to advance your professional goals. Be invigorated to take charge of your career and inspired to be the leader of your own career.
